Gaming Shin Megami Tensei Devil Survivor Clock Won't go

I'm was playing this game till I got up to a point where I was suppose
to wait till 12:00 for the next event. Here's where it gets weird, it won't
go! I can't seem to get to the next event, help!

... You can use either, IIRC, Y or X to skip time or do events. Events that have a clock progress time by half hour each
