Gaming Shaymin distribution Help

Hello everybody i need some help

i'm trying to run a shaymin distribution from my DS but it doesn't work
or well, it starts distributing, but when i open another DS and start pokemon Diamond it doesn't detect the distribution station couse the Secret Gift menu doesn't appear.

can anyone help me out?

The person that wants to receive the distribution pokemon needs to already have the Mystery Gift option in their menu.

Go to Jubilife City's TV station. Talk to the guy on the 3rd floor - left guy on the bottom of the screen.

The words to enable the mystery gift are "EVERYONE" "HAPPY" then "WIFI" "CONNECTION". Save then restart and the Mystery Gift option is enabled on the menu.
