Well, yeah. I'm kind of embarrassed.
Because, I really want to buy it. A big reason for me to buy it is the nostalgy. *shigh*
But I'm goddamn sixteen, and still I want to buy it. xP

Sorry, people, for another shitty thread that is relevant with Pokémon. But i guess I need to "Write this off off me" again.

I bought it, I'm 18, I was wearing "professional" dress clothes when I did it.
Why is it such a big deal?

Because I'm unconfident with that stuff, no one of my friends don' buy that much video games.
But thanks, I see now that there are lots of people at my age or older that still buy the game. And everybody I know thinks that Pokémon is childish.

It's times like that you embrace who you are, and not the person your friends (or people) think you are.
Heck, I know two cheerleaders, a basketball player, a football player, and a TEACHER that bought Pokemon for themselves. They have their little Pokewalkers and stuff. It's pretty cool.

I was like: Why would he be embaressed, then you started going on about kid games. Pokemon is harder then most grown up games, so yeah.. Go buy whatever game you like, i for one bought all Viva Pinata games and cheered.

Wneh I bought HeartGold, directly in front of me at the cash register queue there was a child for whom his parents or something like that bought a copy of HG, too. I felt great seeing that. I played the original back in the day, and people of that age are still playing it. This really proves how timeless Pokémon is.

31 and pre-ordered it! Got it the day before official release. The Pokewalker is actually really nice to have as able to sneak minigames that actually unlock stuff at work!

I'm 20 and bought it. There was no one else at the store, and the cashier and guard at the door probably didn't even know what the hell Pokemon is.
