Homebrew Several GEN/MD games not working (Stuck on 3DS logo screen)

So far, these are games it messes up on:

Castle of Illusion Starring Mickey Mouse
Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine
Golden Axe II
Kid Chameleon
Mega Bomberman
Ristar

Anyone know why this keeps happening to me on select games? It very annoying and the it just stalls on the 3DS logo. This even happened when I tried to go to the settings. Is my N3DS getting semi-bricked?

Now it's even happening on GEN/MD games that work. I'm scarred!

check sd for corruption. if you go to settings and look at your installed apps, im pretty sure corrupted stuff shows up as ? symbols and doesnt launch (at least, in my experience it did). Back up your saves, streetpass and anything important now just in case.
