Hacking settings for dma/cheats/soft reset

Does anyone know where the settings for dma/cheats/soft reset are stored on the microsd card?

In the following files:

Global soft reset: /TTMenu/SOFTRST.SYS

Cheats: *.ARP (the file has the same name as the ROM file and is not created unless you enable some cheats.)

DMA: probably /TTMenu/OPTIONS.SYS
