setting up Swiss on a memory card VIA Wii

not sure if this should go in the Gamecube section or Wii section but I want to know if I can use my Wii to install Swiss on a memory card,

I have a Wii, Gamecube, 2 working memory cards of the correct size, and several compatable games (windwaker, smash bros, etc)
