o srry for the LAGGED response and yes its resolved, twas them and they had to wire some stuff idk, but yeah. tis good now.

Netlimiter can see where your speeds are going
If theyre no good still then reset your modem
If its still no good call your ISP, maybe you have a provisioning problem and htey can easily fix that

A few weeks ago my internet became really slow for no apparent reason, I reset my modem several times. I called my isp and even they could not fix it. Long story short tech guy came in but it was fixed before that. Turned out my whole neighborhood was experiencing internet issues.

so if its not your modem then you should consider calling your isp.
