Hacking Serial number difference between Australian and UK 3DS XL?

Does anyone know of a pattern in the serial number that lets you know which region a New 3DS was originally meant for?

I've noticed AUS N3DS XL's have a serial number that starts with QAH or QAF while ones in the UK/Europe start with QEH or QEF. So I assume the E stands for Europe and A for Australia
