I would reccomend you to try punes nand builder app, but that could cause you to become fully bricked if it does not work out so that is a bad idea right now.

Are you able to launch and play any games through a USB loader?

I tried Cfg USB Loader but it doesn't mount my hdd.(used IOS 249, if i try to change it, the usb loader freezes)

It might be a little redundant with pune's nandbin checker output, but can you run syscheck and post the contents of the log in a spoiler (it's easier to read than the nandbin checker output)?

Also, you said you don't have any priiloader hacks enabled, but what IOS is priiloader set to use for your SM? The default should be the system menu IOS.

Priiloader is v0.7 (r138), and the IOS set to use for system menu is indeed the default one, which is 80.

If it's a stub, then no, but it's good to have cIOS202 installed in case IOS58 doesn't like your HDD.

You probably have a bunch of stubs installed and it's trying to load them. Delete 222 and 223 as well.

I told you to reinstall those IOS loooooooonnnnnnnng time ago.
If you still stuck and If your IOS 249 in syscheck is ok try this:
Load priiloder Block online & Disc updates first
select Settings>Use system menu IOS>off - IOS to use for SM>249
U can use the latest priiloader (v0.8) included in this PoC pack cause it's stable when you use ios 249
