Hacking semi-brick from okami(us)

I made a mistake, I accepted update from okami (us) on my JP Wii (3.1j), then I cannot go to setting screen any more
Need to know which game can solve this brick? and which version is okami (us) update? 3.1u_v2 or 3.2?
