Actually it depends on if you're selling it internationally or on some local website, then that'd be based on how expensive 3DSs generally go for in your region (e.g. where I live a new O3DS non XL was never cheaper than $220 even after the official nintendo price drop, so that lets you charge higher)

I believe the only high selling point of that 3DS is it being Persona Q limited edition.
A9LH shouldn't add any value (and actually perhaps it lowers its value as a collection piece)
It would depend on how much someone collecting it is willing to pay, if it was me not too much, not over €200 for sure.
