It is possible, but the following things need to be true:
- Your games need to be on a FAT32 USB or SD. No Wii U storage format.
- You need to be ok with just having a Nintendont shortcut on your home menu instead of individual games. You'll need a second Nintendont shortcut if you want to play with the gamepad.
If you're fine with both of the above, you install a vWii
Nintendont forwarder, install a hbl2hbc forwarder on your Wii U menu that launches your Nintendont forwarder by its title ID, then pick your game from Nintendont. This works because the hbl2hbc forwarder is a Wii U app and not a Wii VC.
