It lagged in single player so... definitely a reason this is not one of the favourites.
However if it got a HD remake that ran well (So not on the Nintendo Switch) I may even add to my Steam wishlist.

There's already two remakes of the original GB game, it would be funny if they remade this version but yep I would not complain at all
(I am annoyed Adventures of Mana wasn't released for Switch)
