Level 5 was a shitty Studio in the past, they reached fame after Professor Layton series.

to add to that they became so good that Studio Ghibli worked with them on some projects that was never released out side of Japan.

Who owns the rights to the standard FPS control scheme? Left stick to move, right to look around, right trigger to fire, left trigger for special weapons, face buttons for actions? Considering that pretty much every FPS game currently available uses that control scheme or some derivative, they'd make an absolute mint sueing everyone else.

Hell, who came up with the idea of a game in which you move from left to right and jump over obstacles? It wasn't Nintendo, and yet they got away with 'stealing' that idea for pretty much every Mario game for years.
