Hacking Seeking advice: Ez Flash iv corrupted saves

Hi All, i have been using my ezflash iv for a number of weeks now and have only recently been encountering the corrupted save message. Now this has been happening with pokemon emerald. Approx out of every 5 saves i'll do one will become corrupted and take me back to my previous possition.

Any ideas what going wrong here?> i formatted my minisd fat32, used the ezflash client to transfer the files and patched them all correctly. Have i missed something else? Thank you in advanced
