Well can I just rerun the id0 command on the program again to add the right id0 to the movable_part1 or do I have to brute the mii qr again?

(Note: i am doing the 3rd method of aquiring my movable.sed or whatever and i have the input.bin file and python 2.7 installed on my PC,but i am confused on step 5 of the process,so i will also attach my qr code on this response but i still need help with this.i put the qr code instead of input.bin because it wouldn't upload)

No. Do the second (friend exchange).
If you're having someone help you, don't do the QR method. It's more work and is really only intended if you're going completely solo.

Local is just fine, provided both sides exchange, just like online.
Although its easier because you don't have to type in numbers.
