Now I am at point 15. But this has to less information on it.
I clicked on the link and followed the instructions. I am at the point finalizing Setup.

Now I am here and dont now what to do. Do I have to update? Do I have to do the red or blue thing?

neither red or blue, and yes update, you have no reason not to

Follow the instructions on that page, from section II to the end of the page.

I get an error occured message.

Try doing a system update from the console settings and then launching the DSiWare again

Hmm... this reminds me how sometimes, after softmodding a 3DS, DS/DSi functionality breaks and you have to manually reinstall some CIAs, but your 3DS has never been modded, right?

Previously, it has. Though, I lost access to the homebrew launcher after updating to 11.6.
