Since you have two consoles, are you using the right movable.sed?

I'm pretty sure I am using the correct movable.sed.

Besides, I even went as far as purchasing a new DSiware game (Fishdom) to which reacts the same way untouched. It seems as though my 3DS fails to load any form of DSiware game. I don't understand?

Could you try a DS cartridge and see if that works?

Hmm... this reminds me how sometimes, after softmodding a 3DS, DS/DSi functionality breaks and you have to manually reinstall some CIAs, but your 3DS has never been modded, right?
