Hacking second new 3ds arm9 question

hey guys i got a new3ds with arm9 and bought a second today what are my option for arm9 on the new one or can i transfer the hack using system tranfer? providing the firmware is not high on the new one

If you could explain what you mean by arm9, maybe we could help you. Every 3DS has an arm9, so I don't think you mean that

ok i have a hacked new3ds xl the screen was scratched thanks to my wifes daughter so i bought a new one,id like to do a system transfer but i'd like all my custom stuff on the new one including the arm9loaderhax

ok i did it once before i can do it again im guessing 9.9 is fine and needs no entry post besides whats on the plailect guide but the other question i have is can i take my stuff from the other one including back up games(the saves) on the new one

Hack the console first, then once it's hacked just perform a system transfer to it and move your SD card from the old one to the new one and all the content stored on it should work.
