Most sites have an always-visible text box which the user can click into to search. Here, the search box is hidden until the user clicks the "Search" button. Admitidly, it's the same number of clicks, as clicking the Search button puts the focus into the text box, but it's a bit unintuitive, and the mouse target area is a little smaller than it would be if the text box was always visible.
