Excuse my ignorance but why dont those games mentioned work in in wii SDL mame anyway. They are tiny in size.
I tried ripping my PS1 Super Pang Collection disc to work on wiisx but it allways comes up with a code dump when loading the game.To get my Pang fix I've been using Wiiengine and Pomping World (which is pang) but its not arcade perfect and the sound has popping noises.
QUOTE(StupidGamer1 @ Aug 19 2011, 04:35 AM) if you got a dreamcast you can run a HUGE mamelist of games that are near fullspeed and won't give you the CHD errors. It's called "Mame4all" by a coder named "Chui". The only thing that's lacking is the sound department as most of the games have "Scratchy" sound but it works quite well with the games I play. Except for the bigger sized ones of course.
I allways remeber games playing very choppy on mame4all on the dreamcast (and the sound issue was quite annoying)? I guess for perfect emulation just stick with a pc or even xbox1 (although I've only got my wii setup now for gaming).
Mame on the wii does run very well for the games that work though (plus newer games like Osman/Cannon Dancer are playable). Also playing light gun games like Operation Wolf on the wiimote on my big tv is quality! ...plus I've got two TvC arcade sticks which are perfect for mame.
You can never have enough mame love!
