Hacking SDCafiine?

How on earth do you install this?! I've been trying to find out how, but I cant figure it out! Help!

Go to this site, choose SDCafiine + Kernel.
It'll exit the browser, launch the browser again and go to that site again.
It'll launch SDCafiine. Press A and it should take you back to the home menu.
Now with the patches/mods already on your SD card, open the game of your choice.
