Homebrew SDCafiine Freezes when opened via Haxchi shortcut

I installed a haxchi shortcut specifically to load SDCafiine (I previously had it bundled with my other shortcuts, but the convenience of not having to hold A on the gamepad each time tempted me to create a separate shortcut). The TGA's are all verified, the config.txt has been set up correctly and the title is displaying correctly on the home menu. However, whenever I open the shortcut, it just freezes on a black screen.

Is anyone else experiencing this? If so, are there any solutions floating around? SDCafiine worked fine when it was a part of the main shortcut, and the only difference is that this config.txt loads the .elf by default, rather than having to hold A.

I've attached a screenshot of the config.txt, as well as the location of SDCafiine.elf if that helps.

UPDATE - I tried adding an additional shortcut (a=sysmenu) to the config.txt, even that doesn't boot. I don't think it's an issue with having 2 haxchi's, as my original one works fine. Is it just an issue with having SDCafiine as default?

UPDATE #2 - I've come to the conclusion that it isn't working because of the host (Pokemon Ranger). For some reason, even my previously working configuration doesn't work when installed over this.
