My question is where do I purchase this for GCN at?
I was planning on buying it on this website. However it's from UK and I'm afraid that it will only work on UK consoles.

Datel also produces NTSC-U products. To be sure you can buy it from ebay or Amazon.
However, they tend to mess up shipping the right version. If got an NTSC-U SDML even it was titled as PAL. But I can use it with just fine after running Action Replay
