Hacking SD error?

OK im using gamma backup loader 0.3 i think and when i try to add ocarina cheats it says SD error is it because im using a Micro sd card with an adapter or something else everything in my derectory i think is in order

nope its not that because i'm using a micro SD + adapter too.

however the other day mine started giving me errors every time i put the SD in the wii... everything though, not just HBC but the SD menu and everything

my problem was that the adapter is worn out, so i just swapped it with the one i use for my R4 Micro SD

all works now.
