Hacking Sd card trouble.

Well, heres the thing, with my 1GB kingston micro sd card, everything transfered perfectly, But for some odd reason my 4GB*Its actually 3.79GB, i felt cheated) Sandisk, seems to have problems transfering larger than normal files. Like today i transfered a movie i converted into DPG. And it took me 5 trys to get it work. When i tryed to put in the newest kirby game, it doesnt seem to accept it and disconnects itself before it can finish. And since the cycloDS site is down, i need help trying to get it to work. Do i need to format it? Or what? Help!

The size is normal, they're allowed to round up the number so it seems larger than it actually is.

If it's faulty, then use the HP formatting tool to format the card. If it still doesn't work then perhaps you have a faulty card. MicroSDHCs are more prone to defects than regular MicroSDs.
