You need a "gamebit"

Or you can go macgyver and use a bic pin by melting one end till it's melty and stick it into the hole

best to practice on another screw though

Tried the pen thing except i did it with a "KNEX" rod. I almost thought i screw myself over when a glob of plastic got stuck at the bottom.

So only bic pens?

If you have a sears near you, you can go to the tools department and get a 5/32 x 2-1/2 nutdriver. I bought one a few years ago for around 2 bucks.

Just thought I'd add some info to this topic, cause I'm planning to case mod all the consoles I have.
What you needs a 4.5mm and a 3.8mm Gamebit tool. These open all the Nintendo consoles except the Wii and it also opens all the Sega consoles. Hope this helps someone out. Happy modding!
