Hi I am new here and I was wondering if there is any homebrew that support taking screenshoots from games.

No not at this time.
Although you can get DS, GBA & PSP screenshots from advanscene.

OK, I was going to use it so I could take a screenshot of the items from Dawn of Sorrow and Portrait of Ruins So I could add it to my maps, similar to Zerics Aria of Sorrow maps. But I guess it's not possible for the moment
