Hacking Screen Size

Hey everyone. I was wondering if it was possible to have a homebrew solution that allows for screen width and height changes on the Wii. I know that the system menu allows for the user to change the screen placement and a few games allow for width and height changes but it would be awesome if you had that type of screen control for the system in general.

it is possible to read that setting with homebrew, but honestly not many people care to check it. it would have to be read and accounted for in every program.
