Hacking Screen Flickering after Failed Trucha bug Install

I've reinstalled all of the IOSes, and it still is flickering. What can I do to fix this, or is it unfixable?

Do you mean flickering brightness with noise (static) randomly scattered all over? That happened to me after a code dump. When I rebooted it did that. Try unplugging the wii for a few hours. If it doesn't help, reinstall the system menu. I had a corrupt menu that caused issues like this.

@tj_cool: You're right. IOS cannot access the screen. Video is left up the software being run. If IOS could talk to the screen, we'd likely have some form of background application by now that could appear on top of what's running regardless of the user's software choice.
