Scorched earth port

I'm wondering if someone would be willing to work on making a scorched earth port for any classic console that can at least work in retroarch

Edit:I'm looking for a port of the DOS version of Scorched Earth

The only version I like is the low-resolution DOS version. All others aren't as fun.

I didn't even know there was a non dos version besides a flash game that pretty directly rips it off and just changed the name

There's a "high res" DOS version that runs way too fast and makes everything on-screen way too small to even be fun.
