    Hello
    does anyone know what the supercard SD software actually does to gba roms because i would like to try and manually convert /patch Advance Wars 2 since i don't think it works properly through the software

    Have you tried an earlier version of the conversion software? i noticed that they sometimes broke compatibility with older roms on the latest software.

    The most basic function of the patcher is to make games wait longer for data before crashing, as the Supercard RAM isn't quite fast enough to deliver data as fast as the games normally want. From my understanding, the uCON64 tool can do something similar to this, but I have never tested to see if it works or not.
