Hacking saving issue

i cant get super robot taisen 2 to save
its a shame, the game look so good

what do i need to do to fix it?
i already patched it with the ez4 client

Try renaming to an 8.3 style name (along with the save) and if that does not work try with GBATA.

FILENAME.EXT like in MS-DOS.

8 letter filename with a 3 letter extension, all caps.
