Hacking Savefile location of .cia games

Hello its me again,

where are the savefiles from the .cia games stored?

Inside the "Nintendo 3DS" folder on SD, but they're encrypted and you can't do much with them without using SaveDataFiler to decrypt the saves.

Ok, so they are lost, cause they are only on my pc and i cant move this folder to my n3ds internal sd card Nintendo 3DS folder.
Cause when ima trying this, somehow the emunandpartition is gettin corrupted and gatewaymode will not boot, ending in blackscreen.
Tryed it 3 times now.
At least its just one save, havent played a lot.
