Requirements:
- An exploited 3DS 4.5-9.2
- Sky3DS Flashcart
- Powersaves 3DS
- Retail gamecard Pokemon ORAS/XY

- Gateway ROM Patcher
- Sky3DS Template Maker

1/ Dump retail gamecard

Run exploit using either DS Profile (4.5-) or GO (9.2-) and load Gateway launcher.dat from 3DS's SD card (No Gateway card needed) to dump your ORAS/XY. The final file .3DS will include the savedata in it due to CARD2.

2/ Get Cart ID and Chip ID

Run Gateway ROM Patcher and load your dumped .3DS.

The red block is Cart ID and the blue block is Chip ID.

Save both information to use later on.

3/ Get SHA-1 to identify your dumped gamecard in template.txt

Drag the dumped rom to Sky3DS Template Maker then press Generate Template button.
Copy SHA1 Hex to use later on

4/ Template.txt

Find the saved SHA1 Hex in template.txt to identify

Paste the saved Chip ID and Cart ID on step 2 to those mark hex. 4 Hex in blue is the Chip ID and 16 Hex in red is Cart ID.

Save template.txt and run Disk Writer to copy the dumped rom to memory card.

Open the game and enjoy loaded savedata and continue your journey.

Powersaves will recognized your Sky3DS (running Pokemon ORAS/XY) as a real retail card. From that you can do everything.

Note that, without or incorrected Chip ID you can't play online. without the right Cart ID you can't load the save from dumped rom, it will be corrupted.
