ROM Hack Savedata from No$gba to 3ds with Twillight menu ++ problem

I tried to play Digimon Dusk on the emulator for the speed turbo (grinding is hard) when i copy the SAV, from my SD NO$GBA can play the save perfectly, exactly as i save on my 3DS, But when i save in the emulator and copy that save to the 3DS my Digimon Dusk on the 3DS always tell me that there's no sav for the game. I'm guessing there's some kind of compatibility issue with how NO$GBA saves is there a way i can play on the emulator and then transfer my SAV to 3DS?
