Hacking Save File Corrupt Sleep Mode - Does it happen to all game?

Question, can anyone confirm if this save file corruption during sleep happen to all game? Or just certain ones like steins gate?

If you're talking about when your vita goes into deep sleep while you were playing a game, it has happens to some. It happened to me, it doesn't allow you to save the game. Just close the game out and start it up again and everything will be fine, just remember before deep sleep save.

is there a difference between sleep and deep sleep?

is this a henkaku thing? or a vitamin thing? if its a vitamin thing, i might as well not back up and install anything yet.

Personally it has never happened to me so far completed 2 games and played parts of others
I had it in sleep a couple times only once for a good no issue while other times was reasonable short periods again no issue
although have not tried specific reported games of what some users mentioned.

I think it may be the vitamin dumps but no one has really confirmed if its vitamin or henkaku
its just speculation but in the end might aswell wait for the next version of vitamin
since it will also fix games that can not be played at all

aparently is a henhaku problem whit deep sleep it only happen when you leave the vita on deep sleep whit a game on the background it is like henhaku doesnt mount the memory card partitions again when we turn it back from deep sleep the memcard show up on the setting but it is like it is not mount again

how long does it take for it to go to DEEP sleep vs regular power button sleep

I think it takes a hour because I left mine whit criminal girls on the background on sleep mode and after a hour on deep sleep it didnt let me save again whidouht restarting the game

I'm not a expert but I think the difference over a certain amount of time the vita goes into deep sleep to save its battery. I think the difference is that in deep sleep all its processes are frozen but in normal sleep that's not the case.

It's henkaku, hopefully we see a fix in the future.

sorry for posting my same post from other thread regarding the save bug but its important to discuss and test things out
also maybe this thread should be merged with the other one regarding the saves since its pracitcally about the same thing

it may be a henkaku thing rather than vitamin
for people having any save data issue test it with various retail games

theflow posted on twitter asking about it and some people have mentioned it happens with retail aswell
read on a few other places recently and its pointing more towards henkaku than vitamin
but more people testing is needed and i think its important to do so

although personally has not happened to me like mentioned in my earlier post
regardless of anything make sure to backup your saves on pc if possibile
