Hacking Save Conversion?

Ok. so a good while back, i baught an Action replay GBA/DS Max to backup my saves. It worked fine, up untill pokemon diamond. (sub question, can anyone help me with this? it says unknown savetype) Anyway, i have all of my savegames, and they are in a spesific file format. (what it is, ive forgotten)

and i was wondering. is it possible to convert then to .sav files for use on the M3DSS?

BTW the Pokemon Diamond save will not work as it's a fake one that those users posted
