Save conversion? (Dredge)

So im playing Dredge on PC and would like to transfer the save file over to the Switch, I tried using JKSV to do so but the files dont seem to register, I assume its not compatible, is there a way to check if I CAN use the save files from PC on Switch and vice versa?

Hey, I just moved my save from the PC to the Switch, and I simply renamed the file from dredge-save0.bin to DredgeSave0 and imported via JKSV.
Worked just fine.
