ROM Hack sav language converter?

I have beaten ryuusei no rockman and now that megaman starforce came out,i was wondering if there is a converter to make my JAP sav into an US sav?

Find a few (J) and (U) files, compare the differences and apply to your file.

I assume the presence of this topic means a plain rename and overwrite is not going to happen. If it is just names in now some odd "characters" then it gets slightly easier.
Anyhow Megaman/rockman games are usually only second to pokemon for annoyances when save/cheat hacking.
Either way you will have to determine the hash that is used on the save, get many saves from each version and do what felix123 says.
