I use hori joycons the pacman version not put it in the Dock since so comftable now

Satisfye lets you keep all the functionality (NFC/Amiibo, gyro, HD rumble) so i'd say Satisfye is the way.

Just looked up the satisfie, you still have to use the original joycons with the tiny buttons, no dpad and garbage sticks?
