Looking in AnyTitle Deleter I see the following:

HAGE - News Channel
HAGA - News Channel
HAFE - Weather Channel
HAFA - Weather Channel
HAYA - Photo Channel
HAAA - Photo Channel

Can I safely delete the dupes, and if so which ones?
My Wii is NTSC-U w/ 4.2U.

no, they aren't dupes. the double photo channels are the original and the update which changes the music available from mp3 to aac, and the double news and weather are the channel, plus the data interpreter that talks to wiiconnect, providing your info such as region of your wii, etc..

however, if you are itching to delete things, you can delete IOS's 3,5,10,51 and 247 and 248

well they're totally useless.

3 and 10 have always been stubs.
5 is the oldest cIOS (just for ripping)
51 doesn't work anymore, it was just a temp Shop IOS.
247 and 248 are old cIOS that load decrypted ("patched") discs at < 3x

    Yeah it's a hair oil, kind of like a leave-in conditioner, but it also helps to keep your skin under the beard moisturized a bit, and since it is oily it does help a tiny bit with helping it hold its shape or lay flatter especially after brushing it

    The one I have right now that I use every once in a while is tobacco + vanilla scented. It smells -fantastic- IMO, but same issue, for like the first hour or two it is just an ever present scent that I smell on every single inhale.
