Hacking SanDisk Ultra micro SDXC UHS-1 (with Adapter) - SD Mount Error?

Got this 64GB microSD card today, it is exFAT format, but WiiU does only read FAT32, right?
I just can't format it to FAT32, Windows 7 does not support this and the SD Formatter 4.0 Software dosen't let me choose a format-type? HELP?

Windows don't allow format to Fat32, so use this program http://www.ridgecrop.demon.co.uk/index.htm?guiformat.htm
It worked for me.
