OP
Trying to run Samba De Amigo on a softmodded Wii. It loads from both Disc and WiiFlow just fine. However, when I try starting the game (or practice) and it's showing you how to use the maracas, I cant get it to recognize some movements. It saw both remotes pointing UP, DOWN and CENTER just fine, just not the 4th one where they are pointing. I've tried using 2 wiimotes, and 1 wiimote/1 nunchuck. Dont know if I'm doing it wrong, or if it's just not working correctly. Any help would be appreciated?

Samba de Amigo works fine for me. It might be the Cios you're using, or a faulty wii remote. Whatever the case, trying installing Ciosx Rev 19 and that might work.

We figured out what we were doing wrong.. Had the wiimote facing the right direction, but did not have the face of the wiimote pointing out.

Yes, but IMHO it's a bad port/redo, I liked the Sega Dreamcast version better. Maybe if it had Motion+ support... and DLC... really?
