The Weapon selection is bare bones poor. Not to mention, the spellcasters are severely underpowered. I beat the game with a Pladdin wielding a Great Hammer.

It almost like the developers gave up on the game 1/3 of the way through, then it no longer resembles an RPG (adventure like castlevania) but an action beat'em up.

I didn't pay full price for it, but am severely disappointed in the game, and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The game mechanics rely solely on "Angst", that includes taking all your money and "salt" for experience everything you die in the game. That makes up for being so boring, rob and punish the player for playing!

gona consider reinstalling "retoarch" on my hacked pstv, and go a few rounds again with snes in the future! (maybe put the pstv with officlal firmware back in the closet, the game lineup is starting to get more disappointing), that's bad news for everyone, curb your spending!

ugh thats a good idea, but what I wanted to ask was. In the future, does anyone have any advise for getting a full refund from sony after playing the game for only a few hours................I took a vow the christmas after I purchased the ps4 never to pay full price for a game on it again. Now I don't want to pay anything for a game I don't like after a few hours of play, but I don't think any game company is that nice to its consumers at the moment....................well, like everyone else, I'll just vent my frustration by spending less or nothing at all on anything that is unhacked, which makes me feel really bad about purchasing anything in the future past ps4 that isn't hacked.

(Sony only gave me one full refund for a game I accidentally purchased on the wrong system from their online store, not from the console............a game I played before on the xbox360 (diablo), now I think it best that when I pay full prices I should have a few hours to get a full refund if I find no enjoyment in the game.................all of these new half arsed games, that are good for a few hours or 1/3 of the way through, are easy to spot and degrade in their own mechanics the longer you play them, poor everything across the board, but they get good to high reviews, so sad. Time for change, but I think I'm already ahead of the curb in asking for something that isn't yet available, lmao.

Playstation store purchased games and content is NOT REFUNDABLE. Is in the disclaimer. :ninja:
I didn't play mentioned game, cause I haven't bought a vita game in months. Last game I remember buying was skullgirls which was cross buy with ps4, so i just played the ps4 game. Though I don't even have enough room on my memory card for the game.

(In the early 1990s, "porn", began to make waves on the Internet. The demand increased tenfold over night, and at that moment everyone began to offer trial versions...............The demand for online services will reach a very similar climax soon, at that moment, a incredible decrease in used games sales, and over the counter sales will take place, and then a fight for consumer confidence will begin.............Every game I purchase at full prices should have at least a 10 to 14 hour trial period.............I'm not being greedy at all, because I only purchased discounted games from the psn store for the last few years, I'm being smart...............the more we begin to rely on one source of distribution the more we will expect, to see, confidence in our choices, purchasing power)

(I know its high, but I want to toss up a figure somewhere around 30 to 40 percent of all Gamestop Sales are from its direct to sale PSN and XBOXLIVE vendor at its website, and they are being hit hard, along with the rest of the retailers. There demanding more and more..............going back into the 1990s, around the time car insurance became mandatory in most countries including in the USA, there was a lot of "handshakes" in the towing companies (from the dealerships with no alternatives)

I disagree with your review. The game is amazing. I platinum it on PS4 an got it free the ps vita from buying it before it came out on ps vita. The game punishes you yea, but obviously you never played Dark Souls games. I own Dark Souls 2, 3 and Bloodborne on PS4. Salt and Sanctuary is just like those games just in 2D form and instead of using souls it's salt. This is a great game. I'd only recommend it if your into dark souls games because it not a game for everyone and I didn't think the spell caster are underpowered. Just like any other RPG were they are usually weaker in the start of the game, but by the end it overall stronger than a great hammer build as you used. I liked the Great swords, also every kind of build has its own play style an you do have to play differently with other classes. This is a wonderful game added to the Vita!
