I just want to make sure my current set up is alright.

Currently I have a 9.2 O3DSXL with GW 3.1.1.

I followed a guide on a 2 SD card method.

(Hopefully) This allows me to safely access the Data Management of the sysNAND without losing everything from the emuNAND and let me access/buy from the eShop.

I backed up my sysNAND.bin and emuNAND.bin from SDCARD1(Saved in Pre-format folder)
then formatted the 3DS.

then I switched out SD cards to SDCARD2.
On SDCARD2, I installed the GW exploit and installed emuNAND to latest version. I then backed up the .bin files from here (Saved in Post-Format folder)
Then I stored SDCARD2 away. This is the card I use to get to the eShop.

I put SDCARD1 back in the 3DS.
I install games and .cia files to SDCARD1 emuNAND and play from there.

This is pretty much how I use my 3DS right now.

I appreciate any input/tips you guys have on using GW with my 3DS.

I don't quite understand why you're using two cards at all. Is one linked and the other not? If so, why?

Unless they're both low capacity, using a single card seems the best setup.

I might be misinformed but when you access Data Management on SysNand, .cia files and their saves get deleted.

Google "Read-Me!!! WARNING! PRECAUTIONS about CIA files!" and you will find the guide I used that explains all about it. I'm hoping someone can tell me if this is wrong information that I'm unnecessarily following.
