Hardware Safest PS3 Model with 3.55 or less

Hey guys,
A redundant question that i would like to pose again is that I wish to buy the ps3 from Dubai but I am unsure what would be the firmware on that.
The question is, what is the maximum ps3 model that would have a firmware of 3.55 or less (as u know is hackable). i am thinking of 160GB ps3 slim or phat (if there is one) so is it POSSIBLE that it would have an unhackable firmware.

Try to find a Black ops bundle (or some other game bundle), or a 120 or 250GB core pack.
Do not buy a 160 or 320GB core as they will almost certainly have a recent firmware.

Very funny.

A core pack is just the PS3 and a controller -- no extra goodies. And yes, 120 or 250 guarantees a homebrew friendly firmware.
