Hacking SafeB9SInstaller installation starts over and over again

I'm trying to install boot9strap, and to do that, I need SafeB9SInstaller.
It's everything ok in the lower screen, saying that it need to backup and finish the installation. I'm making the sequence and it says that it's all finished, but it just start over and over again every time.
Help pls

You need safeb9sinstaller to install b9s. Then you need the CFW which is luma.

The problem is with SafeB9SInstaller... I don't even know if the installation really finished. It just starts over and over again.

Did I understand correctly:

1. You boot the 3DS, the SafeB9SInstaller loads, you push the buttons and get success message.
2. You reboot the 3DS and get the SafeB9SInstaller again.

Like Kubas_inko said, replace the installer with luma. You can be almost sure B9S is already installed. Just follow the guide from this point on:
