Gaming Safe way of deleting a wad channel you no longer have the file for?

Well I have channel I no longer use and I must have deleted the wad from my SD card as I cant uninstall normally it from wad manager. How can I get rid of it safely so it leaves nothing on my Wii menu? I hear you lose tickets if you just delete it. Thanks in advance.
