Hacking rxTools Themehax autoboot won't work, everything else(like HBL) does

I have an old 3DS on 9.2.0-28U, and I used to be able to autoboot emuNAND just fine. Now I cannot
I use BootCtr.

Delete the payload from the root of the sdcard, apply a stock theme(eg black, red, white etc) and download latest menuhax 2.2 which was released 2-3 days ago. Boot into HBL using your preferred method, load menuhax and select uninstall(just to be sure). Afterwards, select Install and voila, I guess.
